[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system to support, facilitate and enhance student recruitment and admissions with the following importing data from purchased lists and CAS systems, territory management, campaign and communication management, admissions application and application decision processing, event management, reporting and performance analytics and applicant self-service.
- Software ability to create individual student profiles to include university determined data points, including but not limited to, contact information, educational data, test scores, parent/guardian information, ensure that system is mobile responsive, ability to store more than one record for a single student, regarding the following data points: applications, test scores, parent/guardian profiles, addresses, high schools, colleges, automatically update student's stage in the CRM based on activities or triggers such as attendance at an event, admission decision, student-facing communications should be customizable to allow for university branding and ability to integrate with existing University portal and provide seamless integration to CRM, admission application, event registration, and enrollment services.
- Campaign and Communication Management of ability to automatically generate and log targeted email communications with students based on campaign, pre-schedule, or event triggers, ability to automate the delivery of personalized and dynamic content in communication based on system data points, centralized view of the entire communication stream with any contact and communication content, ability for student to submit an information request to the university through the CRM applicant web portal interface, allow students to opt in or opt out of specific and/or all CRM communications, must include the ability to automatically log and update a student’s communication history when mass or individual communications are completed, ability to brand emails and reuse created email templates using a content editor and allow a student to be targeted by multiple campaigns.
(2) A pre-submission conference will be held on March 18, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 22, 2019.
