[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide media monitoring software.
- Media monitoring, including the ability to measure press coverage real-time as well as over a designated period of time, including the ability to store clips in a permanent electronic archive.
- Access to premium content from major national publications such as NY times, Washington post and wall street journal.
- Access to a comprehensive media database that includes the contact information of local, regional and national media.
- Robust reporting and qualitative and quantitative analysis capability for digital and traditional print media, including:
 a. the ability to compile data in printable easy-to-read reporting formats
 b. supports the export of data into other tools such as PDF, Excel and slide presentation for effective analysis.
- A daily news clip service, provided as an easy-to-read report that can easily be distributed to internal constituents across the university.
- The ability to monitor local and national broadcast stations with a reporting feature to analyze and measure data.
- The ability to distribute press releases from a email address to internal and external stakeholders, building multiple lists of subscribers depending on the release.
- Real-time social media monitoring of conversation and brand mentions occurring on and off platforms, including searches for real-time social feeds and daily monitoring of keywords, phrases and hashtags. Includes support for multiple social media accounts, with the ability to add more seamlessly as needed. Other social media features should include the ability to:
 a. Gather follower demographics and analyses data, to create a more accurate reporting of online conversation
 b. Predict emerging trends, viral content and key influencers
 c. Measure conversation sentiment
 d. Archive relevant content
 e. Analyze performance and provide recommendations to develop high performance posts
 f. Measure the performance over time of our paid posts in order to better help us single out those posts that perform well as promoted content.
- Training: ongoing training throughout the life of the agreement.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 16, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
