[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system that fully supports synchronous and asynchronous learning, in person live classes registration, human resources’ monitoring, reporting and onboarding that significantly improves the effectiveness in the way the court distributes training and performance management to all court employees and judges.
- The LMS is also needed to provide critical on-line, synchronous and asynchronous learning to support the justice courts’ innovative, first ever justice courts’ “clerks’ certification program”.
- LMS must be a cloud-based solution that is encrypted.
- Must provide multi-level learning, to include and not be limited to, online courses, live trainings, and course and class registration.
- Must allow creation of individualized onboarding plans for employees, including; check-in points, assigned training, scheduled live training, etc.  
- Must provide a content creation tool included within the LMS, that can be utilized by all users of any skill level. Must not require special or intensive training.
- Must be compatible with zoom and google calendar.
- Provide a responsive LMS that allows users to view training content on a mobile device (tablet, phone, etc.).
- Gmail notification to users and managers from LMS for actions needed and completed.
- Ability for managers to track users progress.
- Ability to interact, view and check in with individuals and teams.
- Ability to create check-in points and surveys.
- Allow “one stop showing” for HR, managers, employees and judges to view team and individual progress.
- Reporting abilities to answer questions about employees’ development and performance and development and related dashboards.
- Automatic notification to users through Gmail for specific events.
- Must offer the capacity to receive service and help desk services.
- Must offer initial LMS training for the customer and it’s LMS Administrators. To include a minimum of two (8hr) day onsite training, to be completed within 2 weeks of signing contract.    
(2) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
