(1) Vendor needs to provide electric utility outage management system and interactive voice response to enable the city, electric utility, to gain a better understanding of the outage management system and interactive voice response vendor offerings, budgetary costs, and general functionality.
- Able to run the outage management system and interactive voice response server software in a VMware environment as well
- Able to access the device’s camera or photo files to associate the picture and notes about the damage location
- Able to perform queries of all outage related data so that custom reports can pulled from the oms system and built in crystal reports.
(2)  A notice of intent to respond notification due on June 18, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2019.
