[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management software that Must be a Cloud / Web based.
- Must be customizable and configurable by suitably trained ATHD application administrator
- Must auto-complete course field in both agent and end-user environment (i.e. Google type search).
- Must be accessible through a true web client (with no client software installed on the PC, even behind the scenes)
- Must be able to add agents to various groups so when an incident is logged (by any method, such as user portal, email, phone), it can automatically be routed to the net Tier 1 agent logged in.
- Must present agent (upon logging in to the software) with a screen notifying him/her of:
• total number of open incidents
• total number of open incidents which are unassigned
• total number of open incidents assigned to him/her
• News of the day – any announcements regarding planned system downtime,
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
