[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary safety answer point and dispatch services.
- Answering calls transferred from the state primary safety answering point then dispatching the appropriate operational resources as required within the department
- Answering calls from the turn in poachers and polluters line then dispatching the appropriate operational resources as required within the department
- Monitoring the employee safety line system
- Real time monitoring and two-way radio communication of conservation, park officers and rangers, environmental compliance inspectors and spill response and animal welfare officers
▪ Dispatch services to be used for: poacher tip line and pollution line, conservation officer services, parks officer and ranger, environmental compliance inspectors and spills response, animal protection officer, safety line monitoring
- Level of market interest from parties who have experience operating and maintaining a secondary safety answering point call centre in rural or remote areas within country, possess an understanding and working knowledge of 9-1-1 call answering telephone service, understand the unique needs of state, including the need for redundant services and be able to properly operate and maintain this system.
