[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relations management software that includes at least the following features personalized and automated marketing communications, mobile access and automatic synchronization, email interface, standard documents with automatic personalization, automatic task scheduling and reminders and lead and pipeline tracking.
- CRM solution for our Admissions department.
- General System Requirements include personalized and automated marketing communications, mobile access and automatic synchronization, email interface, standard documents (e.g. contracts, proposals) with automatic personalization, automatic task scheduling and reminders, lead and pipeline tracking, capability to incorporate university admission application, high-level security (see data security requirements on page 23), service level agreement that describe reliability of service, inquiry pages, call center management, life cycle tracking (prospect to alumni), payment options (must integrate with Cashnet or similar products), extensibility and scalability to meet additional campus needs, communication/edit logs, workflows and approval flows, multiple office usage, prospective tracking capability, marketing tracking integration, teleconsulting, event counseling.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 07, 2019.
