[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide human capital management and timekeeping solution cloud-based, software as a service (SaaS) vendor to provide a Human Capital Management (HCM) and timekeeping solution that has proven, successful integration capabilities with technology’s ERP solution, infinite visions,
- These solutions will cover key areas in talent recruitment and acquisition with a robust
applicant portal, new hire onboarding, digital forms and document management, and time
and attendance monitoring,
- The District is seeking proposals from Software as a Solution (SaaS) vendor(s) to streamline recruiting, applicant management, and new hire onboarding, utilize digital forms with custom workflows, convert existing paper employee files to a digital document management/filing system, and to greatly reduce or eliminate paper forms and duplicate data entry between third-party solutions and technology’s infinite visions,
- Timekeeping system that integrates with attendance and leave plan management tools in infinite visions through existing modules or through other tested and proven import methods,
- A solution for talent recruitment, applicant management, and new hire onboarding, but vendors will be evaluated on their ability to present information about the phases of a successful implementation process for all solutions including training and on-going support,
- Cloud-based – Software solution must be remotely hosted,
- Reporting – Solutions will contain robust reporting tools to analyse and extract data,
- Secure – Security must be provided at program/user level and provide hierarchical levels of control and security for various functions and tasks,
- Recoverable – the system shall support backup and the restoration of operations; backup operations shall be automated such that the most recent copy of data can be restored,
- Support – the selected vendor(s) must be able to provide timely and adequate implementation and technical support during the district’s normal business hours, if applicable, the vendor shall include the first year’s support cost as part of the initial proposal and shall specify when the first year of support takes effect.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2019.
