[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide time and attendance data collection system for calculating the time and attendance of approximately 536 employees, including exempt and non-exempt employees including elected, regular, temporary, seasonal, and part-time employees across 26 physical locations. This includes complying with ACA tracking and reporting requirements.
- The city is seeking to purchase a time and attendance data collection system. The proposed software must be an automated timekeeping program capable of managing time and complex schedules, while seamlessly integrating with our Tyler Technology, Munis payroll platform. The proposed solution is required to:
• Have a built-in import/export function that is specifically designed to fully integrate and interface with Tyler Technologies’ Munis 11.3 and higher payroll software, in a Microsoft SQL Server database environment.
• Operate in Microsoft SQL Server 2012R2 or newer. Contractor must provide examples where their system is currently used in a live environment to interface with Tyler Technologies’ Munis.
• Be a cloud-based automated timekeeping program aimed at simplifying the timekeeping process and managing the complexities of advanced scheduling.
• Provide ability to incorporate various pay policies, rules, and pay codes pursuant with all Fair Labor Standard Act and City of Alpharetta payroll policies and procedures.
• Have options for time clock hardware, desktop software client, and mobile/remote client options.
• Offer multiple data collection methods. Methods include web, mobile, phone, IVR, and SMS.
• Offer advanced scheduling.
• Address a diversity of City business with varying schedules.
• Allow for unlimited schedules and shifts, and a time exchange feature for shift swaps and trades.
• Must have an option for contractor provided implementation and training services.
• Must be compliant with Affordable Care Act (ACA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA).
• Must have standard and custom reporting options to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2019.
