[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology service management and project management solution support that should be capable of handling and integrating incident, change, configuration management, knowledge base, and project management portal.
- The ITSM system will allow customers to interact with the system using a login-restricted (AD/Shibboleth) portal, where they can enter new incidents, new change requests, new service requests, request new projects, and view knowledge base articles. Users will also need the ability to update all these ticket types via email (University uses Microsoft Office 365) and portal. Certain users, who do not have login credentials, should be able to view the customer portal and view non-restricted information.  The portal could be used by students, parents, alumni and similar non-employees.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 22, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for four years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
