    3. Typically Available: 50 miles/80 kilometres from a Hitachi Data Systems Service Center
2 - Enhanced Self Service/Remote (Remote)
    A. Online Self-Service Portal: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
    B. Online Call Logging: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
    C. Online Technical Support: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
    D. Online Replacement Parts Ordering: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
     - Target Response Time: Next Business Day for Selected Geographies Advanced Non-Return Billing Authorization
    E. Online Software/Firmware Updates: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
    F. Remote Telephone Support: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
3 - Premium Service Level (Premium)
   A. Call Logging

(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2020.
