[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide a contractor’s organization to enhance its ITSM capabilities as a part of a broader IT transformation program (IT Transformation) to help IT become a business partner.
• Identify and assess stakeholders;
• Understand the impact of the change to each stakeholder;
• Define any necessary change interventions and mitigations;
• Define communications and training plans;
• Build training and communications materials; and
• Deliver training and communications.
• Stakeholders are informed and understand their role throughout the project and following project completion; and
• Stakeholders who are responsible for delivering the project and/or steady state capabilities have the knowledge, information, and training required to do their jobs.
• Software licenses are managed to ensure the optimal number are acquired, retained and deployed in relation to required business usage, and the software installed follows license agreements;
• New Solution versions are proactively identified and assessed;
• Resources maintain technical proficiency in all supported applications utilized as part of, or in connection with, the Supported IT;
• Releases are implemented in a manner that minimized errors and business interruption post-implementation;
• Errors are rapidly detected and corrected with minimal service interruption;
• Necessary Solution upgrades are proactively identified;
• Solution performance is continually improved through proactive monitoring and measured with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Maintenance services are performed in a manner that ensures supported IT Service Management solution reliability, continuous operations, and minimal Solution down-time/business interruption;
• Supported IT Service Management solution is maintained in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 28, 2020
(3) Pre-bid conference will be held on May 26, 2020
