(1) Vendor needs to provide telecom assessment and telephone systems to implement and migrate its current on-premise private branch exchange (PBX) system, voice mail and contact center to a cloud hosted solution.
- supporting evidence to substantiate that their overall solution is open, flexible, scalable, and portable.
- contact center and unified communications availability 24x7x365, including business continuity and disaster recovery availability, work from home options, better communications/collaboration tools, and availability of all services necessary to support TRS’ business and member communication needs.
- allow TRS to introduce a member engagement suite of tools that will enable TRS to provide a first-class member experience
- ability to monitor and continuously improve the overall quality of call center service by reviewing CSRs’ performance (e.g. call records and chat sessions), identifying areas for improvement, and scheduling those representatives for additional training.
