(1) Vendor needs to provide foreclosure registry system to develop, implement, and manage a secured web-based foreclosed property registry including noticing financial institutions of registration requirement, registering properties, collecting fees, remitting fees, tracking data, and providing accounting and reports.
- develop or acquire and maintain a web-based electronic database of searchable property records, provide all required services necessary to implement the foreclosure registry ordinance including facilitating all mortgage holders to go on-line and register properties
- Train with and provide support to the responsible person for the mortgagee to electronically register the information. - financial accounting of property registrations, identifying those properties that are in compliance with the ordinance, as well as those that have not or are not meeting their financial obligations.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2021.
