Vendor needs to provide event scheduling software for support the scheduling and management of the University’s meetings, events, and sporting facilities’ activities.

- Customer service features that are included in the contract such as live chat, 24/7 customer service with a live service representative, etc.
- ability for customers, both internal to the University and, external, to generate reservation requests electronically
- ability for separate multiple distinct operations
- Allow for the ability to customize reports according to departmental needs
- Allow for the ability to set up different automated functions
- ability to schedule events with multiple components or individual bookings within a single event file
- ability to assign prices to inventory items
- Track the use of, and charge for limited general inventory items such as chairs, tables, stanchions barriers etc.
- Easily customizable reporting with the ability to pick and choose data fields
- ability to generate documents based on templates using a data merge to populate client and event information including pricing for example, reservation confirmations, and contracts
- ability to import documents into the event file
- ability to integrate with commonly used business platforms such as DocuSign and Outlook 360
- ability to accept and integrate data transfer from current scheduling software utilized.
