[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate phone tablet, bail, and video system to provide local, long-distance, and international telephone service, inmate and correctional officer tablets, banking, kiosks, video visitation service, a recording and monitoring system, and all related equipment for the inmates at the lake county jail.
- The system shall be a turnkey telephone system and service
- The inmate phone system shall process all inmate calls on an outgoing basis
- All phones shall limit one call per connection; three-way calling shall be prohibited
- The system shall deny access to 0, 00, 700, 800, 888, 877, 411, 555-1212-, 900, 911, 950xxx, 976 or 10-10xxx numbers
- The only exception shall be international calls requiring operator assistance
- The county will not allow alternative calling types outside the traditional options of collect, prepaid, and debit calling, such as single-call payment by credit and debit card, or text message billing for a single call via wireless carrier
- The system should be capable of informing the called party the amount that will be billed for the call prior to acceptance of the call
- Billing shall not begin until the call is accepted
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 2, 2021.
