Vendor needs to provide integration platform as a service on Microsoft azure that is offered as a cloud-native solution on Microsoft Azure to provide data management, data pipelines, data ingestion, data governance, and data quality.
- Managed solution for hosting, developing, and integrating data and applications on Microsoft Azure
- Ability to move any type of data format both structured and unstructured data
- Ability to introduce business processes into the data ingestion pipeline to manage data quality or governance
- Ability to receive automated notification of failed execution
- Ability to manage and monitor the access, use, and disclosure of data
- Ability to curate new data as required either temporarily or permanently
- Ability to provide data catalogue of existing data within a centralized reservoir
- Ability to communicate a common definition and understanding of data and terms
- Ability to identify and correct data quality concerns  
- Ability to determine lineage of data, understand decencies, systems of record, and systems of reference
- Ability to define terms across WWD in a consistent way and track compliance
- Ability to integrate with existing security layer
- Ability to monitor, prevent, and report on violations to business policies for the access, use, and disclosure of information  
- Ability to ensure data privacy policies  
- Automatically crawls, profiles, organizes, links, and enriches all metadata
- Allows users to collaboratively add metadata or business glossary data points
- Intelligent data lineage tracing and compliance tracking
- Enables data and business analysts to profile, cleanse and enrich data
- Ability to quickly move data from multiple SAS applications to Microsoft Azure data warehouses
- Embeds manual certification and error resolution into data management activities
- Design micro services that embed enterprise data quality components to validate, clean, standardize, and mask data in any format or size.
