[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual job fair platform which will allow employers and job seekers to meet in a virtual environment, using chat rooms, web-chats, webcasts, webinars, and/or email to exchange information about job openings.
- platform must offer customer service outside normal business hours and provide virtual solutions.
- able to create “booths” that job seekers can “visit
- ability to pull reports for all. permanent, administrative slots must be included for SCDC Recruiting staff to facilitate and organize all virtual job fairs
- administrator capabilities and unlimited access to organize and/or participate in all virtual career fairs
- able to send a web-based survey to all job seekers and employers during the event to capture feedback in real time.
- Ability to include interactive content including, but not limited to: live broadcast video, recorded video, graphic images, and text. Multiple communication modes including, but not limited to: video chat, private text chat, and group text chat
- Platform must allow for more than one event to occur concurrently
- platform must be mobile-friendly and optimized to allow job seekers to use mobile devices to access virtual events. Peer-to-peer networking options. Use of private, one-on-one communication through text-based chat, audio, or video interaction
- Ability to track and measure virtual career fair analytics
- Live chat option is available for all employers and offers a live chat platform through the system so employers do not have to use their own web-chat platform
- Ability to make updates to the event while “live.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
