[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide student club and organization on-line platform.
- An effective on-line engagement solution to support co-curricular student engagement on campus, tool will also include an Event Management tool for users of the system.
- Event Management tool for users of the system: must provide budget and finance requesting and reporting capabilities based on various criteria, must possess an on-line form building capability or feature, must be capable of providing on-line election ability, must have ability to set administrative approval queues for different functions within the system, must provide co-curricular record tracking and ability to build tracking and evidence of completion within the program, must provide an incentive program options based on user event attendance and/or interface with the platform, must have the ability to perform analytics of users, attendance, and events for long term data collection and related reporting, must support real-time integration with banner to support attendance tracking feature for each user, software must support role-based access with multiple levels of administration, must describe the upgrade schedule and process in a written narrative as part of this submission.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 29, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
