(1) Vendor needs to provide data-driven career and program insights SaaS to implement a comprehensive, learner-centric, cloud-based solution enabled by interactive artificial intelligence technology in career or education planning and program development that will best fit our future program roadmap.
- The objective for the Scope of Work is to implement a data-driven AI-enabled career and education development and program Insights platform that provides customized data-driven market intelligence to our prospective or current students and alumni, as well as our continuing professional education program teams, ultimately enabling SCS to gain a competitive advantage by offering prospective students an intelligent and market-linked career and education planning tool and to identify any program-related deficiencies. Specifically, the end-state solution must realize three primary objectives.
- Output to include certain factual information about the opportunities.
- Factual information must include Canadian-based data, including the Greater state area.
- Leverage the data from above to contrast the skills and competencies required by employers in emerging roles relative to those offered by CPE to influence our market research funnel for new programs and tweak existing ones.
