[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide online whiteboard solution for the College of Architecture and Planning of the University
- Collaboration capabilities should include video, chat, presentation and other sharing interfaces including exporting and archiving of digital whiteboards. The product should
work equally well on Cloud/PC/Mac and mobile iOS and Android platforms,
- This should be demonstrated through the same examples of the product in use on these Platforms,
- The product should integrate seamlessly with Slack. Vendor to provide 24/7 support, multi-team management capability, dedicated customer service representative and personalized (more than just referring to written documentation) onboarding of students and faculty (if they so desire) at the beginning of academic terms. Data security and governance are important features.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 5, 2021.
(3) A contract term will be for One year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
