(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound freight cost savings management program solution
- an inbound small package/parcel freight management program that will provide maximum cost savings while maintaining and/or enhancing service levels,
- seeking information to better understand the benefits and pitfalls of engaging with a vendor on integration, ongoing management, and impacts on different users and administrators involved in the
service,
- Workflow process from ordering through payment and reallocation,
- process for integration of systems including the total days to complete and hours of personnel time required from the customer,
- Ability to integrate an electronic invoice for upload into the University’s AP/GL system (), in a format that will interface with the PeopleSoft and Jaggaer systems
- IT aspects of your solution and speak towards its abilities, security, and benefits over other known approaches.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2021.
