Vendor needs to provide training learning management system and related software tools and services to configure, administer and deliver interactive training courses to educate and train authorized users,
¬- Provide Access and Use to a non-exclusive, non-transferrable and no sublicensable right,
- Provide customization to the training platform and development of training courses upon,
- Provide a training platform to include proprietary information, materials and content including but not limited to copy righted materials, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary information materials,
- Interoperate with or link to a “Third Party software or Platform”, website, services or content or resources,
- Provide basic design to include basic set-up and configuration for all authorized users enhancement or site design shall include features such as custom coding, custom site design, social media feeds and course and content uploads, etc.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
