(1) Vendor needs to provide IT asset management solution to keep a real-time inventory of all university digitally connected assets to provide robust, granular reporting.
- University needs to minimize data entry by pulling data from existing databases
- Ability to import warranty information from device manufactures using API
- Report on all software on all managed endpoints including mobile and servers
- Preference for Cloud based solutions or SaaS
- Real-time reporting
- Solution must track login history
- Capability to utilize an active discovery tool to identify devices connected to the organization’s network and update the hardware asset inventory
- Capability to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all technology assets with the potential to store or process information
- Capability to capture the hardware asset inventory records the network address, hardware address, machine name, data asset owner, and department for each asset and whether the asset has been approved to connect to the network
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 3, 2021.
