- System configuration does not enable mapping between budget to and the university’s financial statements using dynamic hierarchies

- The university envisions a SaaS, real-time budgeting and planning solution that strives to standardize the budget development approach at city while aligning with best-of-breed functionality offered in modern budgeting solutions
- The solution will reduce manual and redundant budget development activities and enable the
acceleration of the budget development, validation, and approval timeline with improved accuracy and compliance
