[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide people soft managed service offers for the provision of system administration managed services, functional support, analysis, and development to augment in-house breadth of knowledge in supporting housing’s PeopleSoft system.
- System administration and Monitoring
- Functional support and analysis
- Development
- Strategic consultation and project implementation resources
- Provide 24x7 systems monitoring and critical incident resolution
- Provide system administration and technical support during core business hours
- Perform regular preventative system maintenance
- Apply regular software updates using PeopleSoft Update Manager for tax updates, bug fixes and minor enhancements including retrofits affected by the tax updates
- Perform code fixes and configuration changes related to oracle updates, system and miscellaneous changes to resolve production issues or keep all PeopleSoft systems up and running
- Perform code and configuration migrations using App Designer
- Develop Linux and SQL scripts to automate routine tasks
- Provide technical impact assessment of future PeopleSoft releases
- Analyze and develop and configure on PeopleSoft modules including Core HR, Position Management, Performance Management, Enterprise Recruitment, Payroll, Enterprise Learning and Time and Labor
- Provide development on Application Packages, People Code, People Tools, SQR, workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Data Mover, PS Query, BI Publisher, Fluid UI and SQL
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 5, 2021.
