[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide operator certification tracking system for assistance in replacing its certified drinking water and wastewater operator certification tracking application.
- The proposed solution is preferred to be a web-based solution that will allow the state to track individuals that are certified drinking water operators and certified wastewater operators, the classes and trainings they have completed to obtain and maintain certification, the current type and grade level of certification for each operator, and when certifications will expire as well as when classes or trainings are needed to maintain certification
- It shall generate the annual fee based on the number of certifications for each operator and track when fees were paid
- The application shall enable staff to easily enter information on operators and their training and shall allow staff to generate reports on certified operators based on training classification, level and type of certification as well as based on when their certification will expire and who needs training to maintain certification
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2021.
