(1) Vendor needs to provide inventory and fleet management system the acquisition and implementation of a system software application for the purpose of managing inventory and fleet analytics based on the requirements,
- This system is expected to be an off-the-shelf system with no recurring costs and is required to provide a clean, organized, and intuitive interface for all users,
- IMS is indicative of a software application for administration, documentation, tracking, and reporting of inventory and fleet resources for an IMS that can be hosted on premise, accessible
via a web interface and application on iOS mobile devices,
- The IMS should also support system features such as scanning and printing barcodes, etc.                                                                                                                                                                        (2) A contract term will be for three years
