Vendor needs to provide online evaluation application in streaming curriculum course information, data management, and accessibility for course evaluations.
- Contractor must meet agency required tasks to include, but limited to, creating student and preceptor accounts, logging patient encounters, tracking student procedures, conducting student
evaluations, inputting test scores and class presentations, run reports, provide 360 feedback on program objectives and completion of post-graduation surveys.
- 360 Evaluations – Anonymous evaluations on rotations and peers, auto generated evaluations for all personnel to assign, extensive reporting features, etc.
- My Portfolio – Centralized data management tool that stores and tracks all curriculum material
- Schedules and Reporting – Utilized for clinicals on a full visual of each personnel’s schedule, work hour tracking, tracking patient logs, etc.
- Curriculum – Full control of student assignments, quiz, and test materials
- Mobile Device – Access can be through mobile phones (readily available for students and staff)
