[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide Enterprise IT Service Lifecycle Management for the DND/CAF – service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation and continual service improvement. The bulk of this work will be the day-to-day support and maintenance of the ITSM system and the design and implementation of approved changes/enhancements of ITSM reflecting the changing business needs of the DND/CAF.
- The work will be performed primarily on DND locations in the National Capital Region (NCR) subject to the discretion of the Technical Authority (TA). As required, occasionally, contractor may be provided a DND approved laptop to work remotely from home or another location.
- Develop and update ITSM documentation related to the Axios assyst software suite and infrastructure in the designated and classified (SECRET) domains, including but not limited to system interface requirements documents, system design specifications documents, build documents, process documents, etc.;
- Plan, configure, build, test, document and release the Axios assyst software suite, in the designated and classified (SECRET) domains, for all major and minor releases over the period of the Contract;
- Perform data migration, in association with the Data Conversion Specialists, from no enterprise sources to the Enterprise Configuration Management Database (CMDB), in its respective domain (designated, classified (SECRET); and
- Provide Axios assyst knowledge transfer to engineering, lifecycle management (third line) and in-service support (first and second line support) users when warranted, and when major and minor releases are implemented. This will normally be done through briefings, presentations and on-the-job training, as requested by the TA.  - Develop action plans, aligned with the capabilities of Axios assyst and ITSM, to implement changes to service desk procedures and methods;
