[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide remote medical and behavioral telehealth products, services and platform
- Telehealth Products and Services have been separated into three (3) distinct categories based on the type of service to be performed; (1) Telehealth Platform, (2) Remote Medical Health Services or (3) Remote Behavioral Health Services,
- Telehealth Platform will be a web accessible or mobile app system that is device, browser, and operating system agnostic.  It must be usable without additional software (e.g., must be app based) on computers, tablets, and hand-held devices (phones) with Windows, Apple (MacOs and iOs) and Google (Chrome and Android),
- Provide an overview of your telehealth solution’s platform capabilities and features, participant's options to communicate using the platform,
- Implementation activities must include configuration, system testing and acceptance; system training for Authorized Entities; Healthcare Providers and participants
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
