(1) Vendor needs to provide nutrition management software that integrates with various other internal systems including finance, student information system, and others to minimize integration with outdated or end of life legacy systems currently in use.
- current software by providing centralized storage of data, the ability for student data to be used at multiple schools, the ability to make backups of the data and to do ad-hoc reporting with access to nearly live data.
- allow parents to add money to their account online with real time account updates.
- able to run on our existing POS station computers and use existing touch screens and cash drawers as well as support non-proprietary equipment for ID scanning and/or pin code
- parent access on where and when their students took meals as well as account history and balances.
