(1) Vendor needs to provide fully-developed curriculum and catalog management solution to replace its course and program-level curriculum approval workflow tools and its public catalog website.
- The preferred solution will encompass all three elements (course workflow, program workflow, and a public catalog).
- Accommodates complex curriculum.
- Accommodates data used for licensure and accreditation, if different from credit-based curriculum.
- Support collaboration and co-creation in addition to administrative review and approval.
- Allow creation of sample plan(s) for each program.
- Options for alerts to users as proposals move through workflow.
- Ability to distribute data to other systems and display data from the catalog on other public-facing websites.
- Ability to create and modify workflows without developer skills or supplier support.
- Adaptability and maintenance of workflows and forms over time via administrative configuration tools.
- Ability to incorporate existing data, policy, and best practices into a workflow tool.
- Supplier who is a responsive to user research and willing to work on product improvements based on our usability testing.
- Reporting and analytics tools.
