(1) Vendor needs to provide digital document and management system
- A paperless, end-to-end (self-contained), automated and configurable software system that reduces redundancies for a correctional agency, whilst capturing data used to measure evidence-based substance abuse treatment programming and assessments results for inmates that is capable of seamlessly tracking data and producing daily reports for correctional staff
- Integrated File Viewer, View and Change Indexes, Merge and Split Files, Add/Remove Pages, Print Email/Download, Email as Attachment Option, Email File Link Option, Versioning, Check-in/Check-out, Customizable Digital Stamps, Digital Signatures Option, Searchable Case Notes Section, Search/Highlight Word or Phrase, Redact Option, Annotations Option,
- Input, retrieve assessment data such as Level of Supervision Index-Revised (LSI-R) and Adult Substance Abuse Survey (ASUS), and bio psych-social assessments such as Addiction Severity Index (ASI) and/or American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), Criminal Thinking/Sentiment Scales, URICA, dates of assessments, domain scores, and case notes
- Treatment Planning/Case Planning: Treatment planning templates to identify criminogenic risks and needs, identify and isolate treatment goals/objectives and interventions, add progress notes (DAP). Auto-generated treatment/case plan options with re-entry functions
- Rule Violations / Intervention: Identify and track program participant behaviors, sanctions and reinforcement logs, auto-generated behavior contracts template
- Produce specialized reports/searches, recidivism, treatment times, dosage reports, case management reports, program participant reports, SAS audit, etc. in multiple forms PDF and Xcel.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2022.
