[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide timekeeping project services.
- a comprehensive human-resources management information system that will replace current inefficient, paper-driven, manual human-resources business processes. The new Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud solution will also allow to streamline its process when reporting time and attendance to the State Controller’s Office, Financial Information System for Department of Human Resources, State Personnel Board, and any other state agency/partner when reporting time worked and leave requests and balances.
- Perform calculations automatically
- Route timesheets to approvers automatically
- Require approvals/signatures
- Auto populate form fields (e.g., employee stipend, schedules and shifts, and state holidays)
- Track Administrative Time Off (ATO), which includes daily absentee tracking to report the daily number of employees approved for ATO to CalHR or other state entities.
- Track employee work time, overtime and other types of paid leave (Vacation, personal leave, jury duty, etc.)
- Provide a picklist of options
- Create a screen for each employee to build profile and historical data
- Secure data and ensure that only authorized individuals can access it
- Send notification to approvers when staff complete their time and attendance report (timesheet) etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 21, 2022.
