[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide monitoring, compliance and enforcement software (MCES) and professional services.
- Ensure business continuity on a platform with current supported technology and improve business efficiencies on various environment monitoring & protection (EM&P) processes and job functions.
- Allow the unit to respond to spills and complaints in a more efficient and timely manner and may enhance searches of business in an area of interest (geo-area) for work prioritization and coordination amongst the unit.
- The proposed System must be able to operate on all the following mobile device operation systems: Windows10 and up, Apple IOS, or Android; and browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) up to the latest versions.
- Mobile functionality to support a variety of business processes including facility capturing, inspections, sampling collections etc.
- Migration of data from existing iPACS v2 software.
- The Solution design should provide opportunities for improvement on business efficiencies while supporting various EM&P job functions including mobility enablement and EM&P process improvement such as navigation, photos, digital documents etc.
- The software will allow the unit to respond to spills and complaints in a more efficient and timely manner and may enhance searches of business in an area of interest (Geo-area) for work prioritization and coordination amongst the unit.
- The city requires a solution that provides real-time operational reports, analytics and performance measures, spatial reports, and ad-hoc reports. Staff should have access to a report development tool from within the proposed system to develop additional custom reports and ad-hoc reports as needed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
