Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity training services and system
- The Contractor’s product must be a cyber security training campaign with interactive modules including, but not limited to, the following topics: internet use, email, social media, mobile devices, and wireless access, social engineering, least privilege
- The Contractor’s product must provide the system administrators a web based interface for the tracking of employee training including, but not limited to, training modules not taken, in progress, failures, and completed status
- The Solution must provide an individualized Learner dashboard that includes scheduled or assigned courses, Certifications coming due, career path tracking, or any individualized learning plan requirements
- Solution must be able to generate data or metrics to measure engagement and usage (e.g., capable of web analytics, or of measuring activity and behavior of users). Must have the ability to manage learning/career paths. Must have the ability for automated decision-making tools, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), adaptive learning (AL) or learner experience platform (LXP).
- Logistics tasks. Solution must support or provide for managing logistics. Must support different types of content and course resources
- Registration tasks. Solution must manage registration tasks, such as the ability to assign courses to specific users and/or groups, the ability to turn on self-registration for courses, or for administrators to set rights/privileges
- Learning Path Management. Solution must support or provide for learning path management, to include the ability to create or customize individual learning paths
- Solution must support or provide for content/course creation
- The Solution must provide the ability to manage content, such as learning libraries or course catalogs.
- The Solution must provide for gamification
- The Solution must provide the ability to manage access/permissions to content/courses at the individual or group level
- The Solution must provide tracking of course progress for Learners
- The Solution must provide an individualized Learner dashboard that includes scheduled or assigned courses, Certifications coming due, career path tracking, or any individualized learning plan requirements.
