(1) Vendor needs to provide rehabilitation and independent living case management system
- to provide the Department for the Blind an on-premises Vocational Rehabilitation and Independent Living Case Management System
- The Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program assists persons who are blind or have low vision in preparing for, obtaining, and retaining employment. Applicants are made eligible based on their visual disability, their need for VR services, and their intent to work
- Training to help individuals achieve the vocational goals they have selected
- Assessment, demonstration, and training in the Assistive Technology Resource Center
- Job placement services
- Rehabilitation technology services
- Post-employment follow up
- The solution should include delivery, testing, equipment refresh and disposal information
- The Respondent is responsible for the full implementation support for all solution upgrades, hardware, bug fixes, software repair, enhancements, or other changes in code provided by the Respondent during the term of the contract.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2022.
