[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide critical incident mapping services and system
- Ability to survey, map and label each school building (public or private)
- Ability to provide a visual representation of an emergency action plan.
- Ability to augment maps with multi-layered real-time tracking and deployment data.
- Ability to upload field data and imagery.
- Ability to be accessible from all mobile devices regardless of the operating system, including laptops, cell phones and tablets. Users shall be able to view mapping data and upload documents and pictures from mobile devices
- Drawings and Documentation – Current and accurate drawings. The schematics will be consistent and coherent in the use of symbols and abbreviations.
- Operator Instructions - Written operator instructions for the operation of the system, all sub-unit assemblies, and software routines.
- Service Manuals - Current and accurate service manuals are to be provided with the system.
- Facility will perform operational maintenance to the system.
- The Respondent will provide preventative maintenance and inspection on a bi-annual basis.
- The Respondent will provide same-day response time on system issues and outages.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2022.
