[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Salesforce Consulting Services for Transportation Demand Management to
Task 1: Needs Assessment and Plan Development.
Task 2: Salesforce Platform Development and Implementation
• Setup or modify core components in the Atlanta Regional TDM Program’s Salesforce
Sandbox.
• Customize core objects such as workflows, dashboards, custom fields, alerts, notifications,
and reports that will be automated.
• Set up security administration and create users/administrators access rights and security
within the same instance and environment.
• Perform testing for all organizations, roles, and user types and apply any configuration
changes needed
• Schedule application testing for end users to provide feedback
• Update the Salesforce production platform for final deployment
• Maintain historical tracking of changes adopted by platform
Task 3: Support and Training
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 5, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
