[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide automated package locker system that will be used by students to collect their parcels and letter mail in a quick and efficient manner, without disrupting the services provided at university service centers.
- The university is seeking smart locker and mailbox solutions to serve one area of campus in conjunction with that area’s service center.
- A smart locker-based solution for the delivery of parcels and letter mail to residents living in university residence halls and apartments.
- Ability to front load package lockers and rear load smart mailboxes.
- Ability for automated pickup without staff present.
- Ability to notify recipients of package arrivals.
- Ability for both parcel carriers and university staff to load packages.
- Reporting functionality to track packages, pickups, lengths of time in lockers, number of packages returned to sender, etc.
- Ability to charge a fee to off-campus students and non-students for use of the lockers.
- Ability to flag packages for return to sender after set time interval.
- Customizable locker configurations.
- Ability to customize messages sent to smart locker and mailbox users.
- Ability to wrap lockers (leased or owned) with vinyl covering with university or other sponsors’ logo.
(2) Contract term will be two years.
