(1) Vendor needs to provide marriage records digital portal solution for a complete turnkey solution.
- software, hosting, equipment, archival microfilm creation, and support for digitizing marriage records including document storage and software/web services
- provide a secure system for logging out materials for processing and logging in of returning materials
- Maintaining all log books, reports, or Declaration of Records Custodian forms
- original statements for microfilming services by image count and type of record.
- All image file format shall be either Tagged Image File Format (TIFF), Portable Document Format (PDF) or Joint Pictures Expert Group (JPEG) Format
- allow the end user to page up/down through a data page by way of the arrow keys.
- allow access to selected data pages by way of program bookmarks.
- manager shall have help screens at all levels for end user support.
- manager must be able to operate in a multi-media environment
- Store documents of all types into ready to use digital file cabinets
- Control user access to none, one or more file cabinets
- Save files in an un-editable neutral format
- Append pages to existing document
- Email from search results
- Maintain "Obsolete"/"Shred" date and track with Smart Docs
- Bulk upload native electronic files or scanned files
- Electronic receipt, processing and tracking of all requests
- Receive automatic notifications, track status & view metrics
