[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management software to raise, assess, prioritize, track and manage risks and opportunities related to materiel acquisition & support.
- allow this software to become an integrated part of the future integrated data environment that will provide a wide range of digital tools to execute materiel acquisition and support functions
- accessible by the end-users via a web browser
- provide communication interfaces via an Application Programming Interface
- Allow users to input, track, and assess aggregate risks and opportunities to projects and programs
- Allow users to input, track, and assess aggregate risks and opportunities to classes/fleets and specific platforms
- manage the operational usage of platforms (ships, submarines, aircrafts, and vehicles) to achieve a mission
- manage risks and opportunities for programs and projects
- manage risks and opportunities related to security and information systems
- Information on the steps to gain access
- Access to points of contact to seek additional information or report a problem
- risk management software must only display risk and opportunity items a user is authorized to view and access based on their user role.
- risk management software must allow users to search and filter the risk and opportunity Register
- allow users to search and filter the risk and opportunity register based on additional key data fields
- allow users to search the risk and opportunity register based on key words to be crossed referenced with data fields
