- Setup or modify core components in the regional transportation demand management program’s salesforce sandbox.
- Customize core objects such as workflows, dashboards, custom fields, alerts, notifications, and reports that will be automated.
- Set up security administration and create users/administrators access rights and security within the same instance and environment.
- Perform testing for all organizations, roles, and user types and apply any configuration changes needed.
- Schedule application testing for end users to provide feedback.
- Update the Salesforce production platform for final deployment.
