[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide furnish and maintain a hosted fire reporting software system.
• The system shall offer at a minimum 99% availability and reliability to endpoints that have an internet connection.
• 24/7 tech support is required.
• The system must be hosted (web based), no local server required.
• Ability to quickly exit the program at any point, auto saving an incomplete record.
• Ability for program to run without error when data connection drops and to auto reconnect and update when connection is available again.
• Web based - compatible with current web browsers - Chrome, Edge, Safari, and OS systems - Windows, IOS, android. Compatible with mobile devices - IOS and Android platforms.
• Must support an API software-based interface to existing Spillman CAD. All department incidents must be transferred via API to the system. The system must be able to translate any data exported from Spillman via an SMS to a format compatible with the system. Data transferred via interface will happen anytime incident is updated (call comments, apparatus dispatched to incident, apparatus status).
• Ability to create custom required fields that are not exported to NFIRS reports.
• Ability to make custom user defined required fields based on other fields entries.
• Ability to create custom +1 codes.
• Ability to assign staff to apparatus. Personnel information (home address, next of kin, emergency contact, SSN, hire date, exit date).
• Ability to lookup all personnel based on employment status (past, current, future, career, volunteer, all).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
