- Ability to use LMS tools and e-Learning authoring tools (eg H5P, Moodle, Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, HTML, Camtasia, LMS platforms,    etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn, navigate and troubleshoot web-based applications and processes
