[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide job description management system.
- To provide support for developing, maintaining, amending, storing, and organizing the job descriptions related to the City’s employed positions.
- To procure a user-friendly solution that will store and organize all its job descriptions, facilitate the creation of new job descriptions and the updating and editing of existing job descriptions – including functions which assist users with the degree of efficiency and quality with which these tasks as completed, (such as, but not limited to, content suggestions and banks, customizable templates, version comparisons, etc.)
- The Solution will also include tools to appropriately restrict access to content and functions based on user rights, appropriate workflow approval processes for notification, review and approval of changes, and the ability to track and report on changes.
- Include the complete supply and configuration of a cloud-based job description management system (provided through a SaaS model), the ability for city users to logon using single sign on, all required hardware and software applications to utilize and manage the solution.
- Design and configuration of the Solution which will meet the identified needs; preliminary system builds and deployment; user acceptance testing, and all training and documentation necessary to enable the city to efficiently use the Solution.
- Utilization for the finalized System:
- 1000-1200 Front-line users (both full-time and part-time)
- 400-500 Supervisory users
- 2-3 System Administrators (system configuration)
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
