[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide system implementer for Peoplesoft shared services to the government authority located in Ontario.
- Create a detailed project plan, outlining major milestones, resources required from the city, Region and proponent, and covering pre-implementation, implementation, and post go-live activities.
- Developing business process documentation based on Region PeopleSoft configuration and business processes to reflect any changes that may be required for the city, including identifying which City role will perform each business process step in the future state and identifying the changes from the City’s current state business processes.
- Develop, approve, and publish integration standards, requiring approvals from both City and Region, including a clear delegation of what the role and responsibilities are for resources from the City, Region, and the proponent (and future third parties). Build and deploy integrations between the City’s systems and PeopleSoft.
- Region, develop a change management strategy and plan to demonstrate how the City will engage, communicate with, and gain buy-in from stakeholders in transitioning to PeopleSoft to modernize and integrate financial systems, improve service delivery, and reduce risk.
- Support the City during go-live with problem resolution and system balancing, and support the City through one or more daily, weekly, and monthly financial cycles.
