[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide enterprise, end user hardware, software and applications of this contract, the commercial vendor shall provide the US Dept. with all IT hardware, software, and applications; hardware maintenance and warranties; software assurance/maintenance; application assurance/maintenance; vendor/consultant support agreements for hardware, software, and application integrations; and vendor/consultant training support agreements.
- Program Manager, Account Manager, and Technical Account Manager Support Services - The contractor shall provide program manager (PM), account manager, and technical account management (TAM) support services for the duration of the contract.
- Enterprise Hardware Procurement Support Services The contractor shall provide all enterprise hardware required for the US Dept. of agency operational environment(s) (colocation data centers and cloud backbone environments). This shall include all IT hardware required to develop, modernize, enhance, integrate, deploy, operate, maintain, and monitor the agency operational environments.
- Enterprise Software & Applications Procurement Support Services
The contractor shall provide all enterprise software, middleware, & applications required for the US Dept. of agency operational environment(s) (colocation data centers and cloud). This shall include all operational software, middleware, and applications for enterprise hardware, on-premise software, cloud applications, middleware, and other IT software and applications required to develop, modernize, enhance, integrate, deploy, operate, maintain, and monitor the agency operational environments.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
