Vendor needs to provide data management platform to capture evaluation processes for various employee types within a school k-12 system, such as administrative, instructional and support positions.
- Staff Evaluation: -
- The platform would need to support 9,000 employees within the various requirements of their evaluation. System should include but not be limited to the following:
1. Dedicated representative to provide real time support to assist with BPS district level staff rather than a generic customer service number.
2. Proposed system should be capable of integration with the district’s current Enterprise Data Management System, AS400, in order to capture employee information such as work location, job title, job assignment
3. Integrate with our district’s current Single Sign-on System
4. Ability to send emails to BPS staff to communicate updates within the program when needed
5. Ability to upload supporting documents into the platform
6. Ability to track milestones withing each employee’s evaluation process
7. Archive employee evaluations from year to year
8. Provide opportunities for managers/supervisors and employees to provide comments or feedback as part of the evaluation process
9. Ability to run analytical tools to track completion rates by employee and other ad hoc
reporting capabilities
10. Ability for district staff to be able to update user profiles when needed
11. Ability for mentors of new employees to track
- Professional Management System: -
The School Board of County is requesting proposals to provide a data management platform to capture and track learning opportunities, in-service credits, course registrations and transcripts for various employee types within a school k-12 system, such as administrative, instructional and support positions. The platform would need to support 9,000 employees within the various requirements of their certification or job responsibilities.
